Job Summary
Manage 340B audits, ADR activity, and anomalous activity investigations while serving as the point of contact for third-party auditors. Develop investigative capabilities to initiate good faith engagements, create audit-ready processes, and build platforms for incoming and outgoing inquiries. Lead workstreams to execute 340B strategies, monitor regulatory changes, and coordinate with Legal, Government Affairs, and Finance to drive compliance and policy enhancements. Scan the market for growth trends and emerging tactics to inform advocacy efforts and COE initiatives. Develop data analyses to support third-party advocacy and create training materials to upskill internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Marketing, Market Access, and the Pipeline Team to deliver business solutions and optimize growth within the 340B program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years in the healthcare industry
- significant 340B strategic and operational experience
- Experience working within the 340B program at a TPA, hospital, or related 340B stakeholder organization
- Leadership experience
- working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical space
- Ability to articulate a vision and strategy
