Job Summary
Support internal and external stakeholders on 340B disputes, inquiries, and general requests while investigating anomalous activity and internal cases to drive resolution. Develop investigative capabilities to manage audits, ADR activity, and third-party auditor engagements, creating an audit-ready process with Legal. Execute 340B strategies and enhancements to company policy by monitoring external trends, scanning for growth drivers, and recommending potential actions. Build Good Faith Inquiry/Engagement processes and develop materials to upskill enterprise stakeholders on 340B knowledge. Collaborate with Government Affairs, Legal, Finance, Market Access, and the Pipeline Team to inform advocacy efforts and coordinate statutory changes. Lead workstreams, establish Center of Excellence deliverables, and independently troubleshoot issues with minimal oversight.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 7 years in the healthcare industry
- significant 340B strategic and operational experience
- Experience working within the 340B program at a TPA, hospital, or related 340B stakeholder organization
- Leadership experience
- working knowledge of the compliance and regulatory environment for manufacturers in the pharmaceutical space
- Ability to articulate a vision and strategy
- Problem solving creativity and resourcefulness
- Possesses a curious and persistent mindset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to influence across functions to gain consensus on solutions
- Excellent leadership, management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up and anticipate problems
- Ability to lead across multiple functions (sales, managed healthcare, trade, marketing)
