Job Summary
Monitor the health and safety of all individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living, and schedule staff for residential or day services programs. Administer medications, cover staff shortages, and participate in individual program planning teams. Intervene during aggressive or inappropriate behavior by implementing appropriate behavior programs and strategies. Maintain detailed electronic documentation of activities and developmental progress, including activity records. Assist in meal preparation while ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures are followed. Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles, and manage house petty cash and individual finances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience working in related field
- Position requires certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid - can obtain after hire
- Schedule: Tuesday 2p-8p, Wednesday 8a-3p, Thursday 2p-8p, Friday 12p-9p, Saturday 9a-9p
