Associate Direct Support Manager (Assistant Manager)

Monitor the health and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living, and schedule staff for residential or day services programs. Perform miscellaneous duties including covering staff shortages, administering medications, participating in individual program planning teams, and intervening during aggressive or inappropriate behavior. Assist in meal preparation ensuring diet orders and kitchen sanitation procedures are followed, and handle house petty cash and individual finances. Maintain detailed documentation of activities and developmental progress, and oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles. Various hours including weekday evenings and weekends.
