Job Summary
Monitor the health and safety of individuals served while ensuring living environments and program activities comply with regulatory requirements. Coordinate activities, support individuals with activities of daily living, and schedule staff for residential or day services programs. Administer medications, cover staff shortages, and participate in individual program planning teams. Intervene during aggressive or inappropriate behavior by implementing appropriate strategies and maintain detailed documentation of progress. Prepare meals and snacks while following diet orders and sanitation procedures. Oversee maintenance of residential facilities and transportation vehicles, and manage house petty cash and individual finances.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience working in related field
- Position requires certification in medication administration, CPR and first aid - can obtain after hire
- Schedule: Various Hours (weekday evenings/weekends)
