Associate, Digital Workplace Engineer – Service Delivery

Job Summary
Collaborate with Digital Workplace Engineers to ensure seamless service coverage across operating hours spanning New Zealand to Gurgaon. Own end-user service requests end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment, delivering superior service experiences with a continuous-improvement mindset. Act as the ambassador for digital workplace change management and end-user communications while providing first- and second-line remote support to Blackstone Asia Pacific portfolio companies. Support and manage end-user computing devices, including IT Asset and License Inventory, and assist with onsite audio/video technologies and live event support. Document and maintain IT procedures and the knowledge base while communicating with third-party companies regarding warranties and service incidents. Based in Singapore, this role requires 2+ years of IT Service Delivery experience and proficiency in troubleshooting Windows OS, O365, mobile devices, and AV/VC technologies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of IT Service Delivery experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows OS, O365 / M365, mobile devices, AV/VC, printing, and facility technologies
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow and ITSM processes
- Working knowledge of IT connectivity, including network and Wi-Fi
- Excellent customer-service orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders
- Experience working with diverse teams
- Willingness to continuously learn in an evolving environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Keeps abreast of the latest technology and cyber security trends
