Job Summary
Associate Digital Strategist at M Booth supporting Google client portfolio; responsible for daily community management across social channels, social listening, and generating insights to shape client social strategies. Work with designers, strategists, and client leads to plan and execute bold social ideas, publish content, maintain content calendars, track engagements, and provide platform-informed recommendations. Responsibilities include monitoring conversations with Brandwatch/Talkwalker, drafting comments aligned to Brand voice guidelines, live event coverage, client communications, cross-team collaboration, creating content with strong social copywriting, and leveraging AI tools (e.g., Gemini) as needed. Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with 2-4 years of social media experience, particularly on Instagram, and a proactive, trend-aware approach.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience managing social media communities on behalf of brands
- Strong writing and communication skills; ability to channel a brand voice while sounding human
- Experience with social platforms, especially Instagram
- Knowledge of social trends, memes, and culture
- Experience with tools like Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr (or similar social listening/publishing platforms)
- Comfortable with content calendars, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration
- Experience in tech brands and influencer marketing is a plus
