Job Summary
Associate Digital Product Owner to support development and execution of the Participation Digital Product Strategy for Tennis Australia. Responsibilities include supporting product development and delivery, backlog management, gathering stakeholder requirements, conducting market research and analyzing user feedback to generate actionable insights, coordinating user testing and quality assurance, and creating and maintaining product documentation and communications. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, an analytical mindset, customer-focused orientation, and a proactive, growth-oriented attitude. Compliance checks (Police Check and Working with Children Check) may be required; flexibility in working hours and arrangements relevant to Tennis Australia is noted. Location: Melbourne, Australia. This is a full-time, permanent position within the Technology team.
