Job Summary
Develop and execute property-specific digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (property websites, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising) to showcase buildings, attract prospective tenants, and support leasing across office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Collaborate with property marketers, brokerage teams, and the SEO group to optimize listings, improve local search visibility, and drive lead generation and conversions. Manage property listings with optimized user experience, track campaign performance and ROI, report on impact to revenue, stay current with PropTech/digital marketing trends, and contribute to AI-driven initiatives. Proficiency in email automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo), paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), and CRM familiarity (Salesforce, Dynamics 365) are preferred; Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, real estate, business or related field is required.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in marketing role
- experience with email automation tools (Eloqua, Marketo)

- Analytical mindset with ability to track ROI and optimize campaigns based on performance data
- Strong digital skills with ability to master new technologies
- Expertise in social media management for commercial properties (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook)
- Strong project management abilities with capacity to manage multiple property portfolios simultaneously
