Job Summary
Associate to digital infrastructure investment banking team responsible for executing complex M&A transactions and capital raises in fiber, data center, and tower sectors. Lead preparation of marketing materials (CIMs, management presentations); oversee three-statement financial models, accretion/dilution analyses, and infrastructure-valuations; manage data room processes and coordinate with legal/accounting/technical advisors; mentor Analysts to ensure deliverable accuracy and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of Investment Banking experience (or 1+ years as an Associate following an MBA)
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with infrastructure-specific modeling is a plus
- Strong understanding of the digital infrastructure landscape and current market trends
