Job Summary
Design technical architectures and workflow solutions for Digital Health initiatives, conducting client workshops and demonstrations to drive cost efficiencies and operational productivity. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for AlinIQ software, articulating integration requirements and diagnosing technical roadblocks for executives and technical decision-makers. Manage the handoff between sales and project management teams, ensuring proper scope definition, solution design updates, and post-deployment success tracking. Create frameworks for data analysis and standardize delivery tools while collaborating with marketing to translate customer feedback into product enhancements. Support the expansion of new markets in the East Region through cold calling and market penetration efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years' sales or consulting experience
- Must have a Valid Driver's License
- Travel is at 75%
- Qualified candidates must be located near a metropolitan city airport
Desired Qualifications
- Laboratory Diagnostics experience is strongly preferred
- Understand workflow and improvement
- Strong understanding of how technology drives value in healthcare
- Experience in building business on current accounts and creating new profitable accounts
- Understands IT technology within Hospital Environment
- Proficient in client facing solutions demonstrations and presentations
