Associate, Device Assembly / Packaging

Associate – Device Assembly / Packaging will lead the Device Assembly / Packaging process improvements, act as a liaison between operations and support groups, and provide supervisory coverage in the absence of the Associate Director. Responsibilities include maintaining a safe work environment and leading safety initiatives, developing and monitoring metrics, educating on concepts, driving improvement projects, leading the process team, performing CAPA investigations and root cause analysis, implementing countermeasures, backing up leadership as needed, and ensuring compliance with safety policies and GMP requirements. Basic requirements include a Bachelor’s Degree in a science-based field and experience in Device Assembly / Packaging Operations; candidate must be authorized to work in the United States full-time. The role may require flexible attendance to meetings or off-shifts, some travel (approximately 10%), and overtime as needed. Primary location is Kenosha County, Wisconsin with additional proximity to Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin. Some allergens are present in the plant; travel and safety accommodations may be required.
