Job Summary
Conduct core hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling while working with salon educators. Deliver exceptional customer service, build lasting client relationships, and maintain a professional, organized workspace adhering to salon standards. Manage appointments, track client records, and assist with inventory using salon software. Complete weekly assignments and coursework to remain in good standing, while actively contributing to operations through stocking, cleaning, and supporting team efforts. Cross train on front desk responsibilities and shifts. Learn marketing strategies to grow a hair portfolio and attract clients. This accelerated six-month program prepares new graduates for a stylist role at Voss Salon.
Required Qualifications
- Cosmetology or Barbering License
- Cosmetology License
- Barbering License
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to walk
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Applicants must be authorized to live and work in the United States
- Days, nights, and weekends required
