Job Summary
Build relationships with hospital leaders, health system executives, and physicians across Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, and surrounding markets. Support lead generation through in-person outreach, conferences, and market research to fill the development funnel. Manage HubSpot CRM, maintaining contact details, deal stages, and pipeline notes while coordinating with marketing on public-facing materials and campaign messaging. Prepare background research on target hospitals and decision-makers, and assist with proposal and presentation preparation. Represent Relias with professionalism and credibility during executive meetings and networking events. Requires 3+ years in healthcare business development, strong emotional intelligence, and regular travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3 or more years of experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, hospital relations, medical sales, healthcare recruiting, healthcare marketing, or another outward-facing professional relationship role
- Strong public-facing presence and ability to communicate comfortably with hospital leaders, physicians, executives, and community stakeholders
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build trust quickly
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly
- Strong organizational skills and follow-up discipline
- Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot, or the ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Someone who likes people

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in emergency medicine, hospital medicine, physician practice management, hospital-based services, healthcare staffing, physician recruiting, anesthesia, radiology, or hospital vendor relationships
- Existing healthcare relationships in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, Georgia, Florida, or surrounding markets
- Experience attending or coordinating conferences, trade shows, hospital meetings, or healthcare networking events
- Experience working with marketing teams on outreach, collateral, social media, brand positioning, or event strategy
