Job Summary
Manage work allocation for associates by monitoring workloads, analyzing utilization metrics, and ensuring equitable assignment distribution aligned with client needs and individual development goals. Coordinate staffing needs and hiring targets with practice group leaders and the Legal Talent team, while facilitating performance reviews, delivering feedback, and implementing coaching for associates. Support onboarding, integration, and exit interviews to improve the associate experience, and champion diversity, inclusion, and wellness initiatives across the firm. Requires 5+ years of staffing or professional development experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and iManage, and ability to work extended hours and travel.
Required Qualifications

- 5 + years of direct experience with staffing and work allocation in a large law firm or professional services organization, or 5+ years combined law firm professional development and prior law practice experience, preferably in a large law firm environment
- Senior level candidates must have 7+ years applicable experience in the field with 2+ years of exempt/management experience in relevant roles
