Job Summary
Assist Senior Designers in product development for women's woven tops and blouses, including sketching, tech-packing, and trend presentation boards. Coordinate samples, maintain fabric libraries, and generate line sheets in Illustrator. Conduct market research, shop retail floors for new silhouettes, and attend fittings with technical design. Initiate styles in PLM upon sales confirmation and communicate design requests across design, sales, and production teams. Adhere to due dates and adjust to changing business needs while collaborating with cross-functional members.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of an associate's degree in Fashion or BA in related science
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in woven category
- Proficient in Illustrator & PLM
- Must have strong technical knowledge and ability to create tech packs
