Job Summary
Provide luxury interior design services to walk-in clientele within an RH Gallery, executing small-scale projects and supporting large-scale initiatives with the Interior Design team. Master the RH Design ethos by producing brand-appropriate presentations, communicating space planning concepts, and owning all client experience phases from consultation through delivery and site visits. Represent the lifestyle brand through professional communication and appearance while ensuring fiscal goals are met and visual quality standards are maintained. Maintain a strong interest in the luxury design industry and collaborate with Lead Designers and Gallery Leadership to foster relationships.
Required Qualifications
- Professional portfolio
- Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 15 kgs
- Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
- Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
- Licensed to drive
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years design experience within a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail
- Art, Architecture or Interior Design or similar degree
- Hands-on interior installation experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other related space planning/rendering programs
- Strong artistic skills, including hand rendering and sketching capabilities
- Proficiency with Mac Operating System, IOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to travel locally or out of state
