Job Summary
Associate Designer will collaborate with the design team to create and deliver the PUMA Kid’s (boys) line from concept through production. Responsibilities include designing, sketching, and developing ideas for multiple lines, researching emerging fashion trends, creating seasonal CADs, producing detailed tech packs, inputting data into Exenta, coordinating with factories on tech packs and lab dips, and liaising with the sales team to discuss design concepts. The role requires translating market trends into commercially viable products, organizing samples for market meetings, and contributing to the overall development process from initial concept to pre-production. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related field and 2+ years of design experience, with proficiency in Photoshop/Adobe Creative Suite and strong organizational and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or related area
- 2+ years of design experience, including kidswear (boys)
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
