Associate Designer - Interiors

Job Summary
Lead and deliver high-quality workplace interiors from concept through completion. The role involves building strong client relationships, managing project timelines and budgets, mentoring junior designers, collaborating with internal teams and external consultants, and upholding high design standards. Successful candidates will have significant experience in interior design or architecture, advanced Revit skills, and a solid understanding of design trends and building codes.
Required Qualifications
- 10–12+ years in interior design, architecture, or related field (workplace experience preferred)
- Experience leading projects and mentoring team members
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple priorities
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar (AIA, NCIDQ, LEED a plus)
- Advanced Revit skills
- Solid understanding of building codes, materials, and design trends
- Experience with FF&E and interior detailing
