Job Summary
Direct the modeling and drafting of concepts into testable designs and conduct computer-aided analysis using FEA and CFD to ensure products meet performance and reliability targets. Visit customer locations to understand needs, develop test designs for new ideas or modifications, and work with lab staff to document results. Determine product readiness for release, authorize design revisions, and provide on-site assistance to dealers and OEMs experiencing application problems. Diagnose field failures, report findings, and screen vendors for potential use.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year Engineering degree
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office Suite
- Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with CAD, GDT, FEA, Reliability Testing and Design of Experiments
