Associate Design Engineer, Crop Care Application

Lead new product development and engineering solutions, including technical calculations, analysis, and the creation of 3D CAD models and 2D engineering drawings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster communication while ensuring projects deliver superior performance, durability, and quality on schedule and within budget. Apply engineering methodologies such as DVPR, DFMEA, and 8D to support prototype sourcing, assembly, and validation through laboratory and field testing. Prepare production release documentation in accordance with company standards. Based in Canoas, RS, this role supports the mission of taking agriculture into the future.
