Job Summary
Manager, Graphic Design leads hands-on and team-based graphic design work across campaigns, product marketing, lifecycle marketing, and events, ensuring on-brand, high-quality visual solutions; oversees a Graphic Design Team, mentors designers, partners with Marketing and Creative Directors to translate brand goals into visual systems, and stays ahead of AI-driven design trends.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3+ years in a people-management role
- portfolio showcasing strong conceptual thinking, craft, and storytelling across digital, social, and brand experiences
- expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite. Some experience with HTML5 and/or CSS is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence through clear rationale, collaboration, and diplomacy
Desired Qualifications
