Job Summary
Provide general, specialty, and orthodontic services to a diverse patient base across Southern California offices. Collaborate with the entire office team to promote trust and connection, while proactively addressing patient concerns to ensure comfort and optimal treatment outcomes. Understand PPO, HMO, and other dental plans to optimize patient benefits and maintain high-quality care. Work full-time or part-time with guaranteed base plus percentage production compensation.
