Job Summary
Associate Dentist needed for a temporary assignment in Southport, IN. Role involves providing dental services to patients with a small, collaborative team; patient base includes children (approx. 70% under 21) and adults, with office flow around 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients. Must hold a DDS/DMD from an accredited program and a current license (or be eligible for licensure) with CPR/DEA and nitrous oxide certification (where required). Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Current, valid dental license in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- CPR, DEA, etc. certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
