Job Summary
Practice full-scope family dentistry, treating patients of all ages from young children to adults, including dental implants alongside general and preventive services. Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach while mentoring and being mentored in a collaborative environment. Serve a diverse patient base with an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Join a team with a staffing ratio of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Receive guaranteed base pay in excess of $200K with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
