Job Summary
Conduct full-scope family dentistry, performing implants alongside general and preventive services for a diverse patient base from children to adults. Manage a daily caseload averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients while utilizing DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles, team building, and community outreach, and mentor within a collaborative environment supported by a staffing ratio of one hygienist, one assistant, and two dental assistants per provider. Receive guaranteed base pay exceeding $200K with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a CODA-accredited dental program
- Active, valid dental license (or eligibility for licensure)
- CPR, DEA, and any other state-required certifications
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
