Job Summary
De novo, brand-new Riccobene Associates Family Dentistry practice in Myrtle Beach seeks a full-time Associate Dentist to join from day one. Opportunity to build a patient base, establish long-term relationships, and grow alongside a doctor-led, collaborative team. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, working with strong clinical support, and contributing to the local community while enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Compensation is production-based with ramp-up support including an extended daily guarantee, plus a negotiable sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), malpractice, PTO/holidays, and continuing education).
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
- Active (or eligible) South Carolina dental license
- Passion for patient-centered care and relationship-building
- Interest in growing with a new practice and contributing to the local community
