Job Summary
Diagnose and treat various dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections. Perform routine examinations, cleanings, and preventive treatments while developing tailored treatment plans. Interpret diagnostic images to assess oral health and collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and specialists for complex cases. Maintain accurate patient records, ensure regulatory compliance, and adhere to infection control protocols. Continuously update clinical knowledge through continuing education programs. Communicate procedures and post-operative care instructions to patients while addressing concerns compassionately.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing quality patient care
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct
- Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
