Associate Dentist

Job Summary
Conduct full scope general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, bridges, and restorative work. Diagnose dental conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care. Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations and optimal patient flow. Adhere to all safety, infection control, and regulatory standards set by the Philippine Dental Association and relevant health authorities. Participate in continuing education programs to stay current with advancements in dental technology. Maintain positive patient relationships while addressing concerns and ensuring comfort throughout treatment.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school in the Philippines
- Valid professional license from the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) and current PDA membership
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience
- Knowledge of modern dental equipment and practice management systems
- Excellent diagnostic, technical, and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical dental practice and patient-centered care
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
