Job Summary
Conduct dental examinations, create treatment plans, and perform routine and complex procedures including fillings, extractions, and root canals. Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care while maintaining accurate records and adhering to infection control protocols. Collaborate with experienced dentists, hygienists, and support staff to deliver comprehensive oral health services. Full-time permanent position with Monday through Friday schedule and annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $225,000 plus performance bonus. Mentoring available for new graduates.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active state dental license in Ohio
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a dental practice preferred
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of current dental practices and procedures
