Conduct general dentistry while leading clinical standards, protocols, and patient journeys at Immingham - Pure Dental Clinic and Grimsby - Grimsby Dental Studio. Either assume a shared ownership role to influence profitability and practice direction or serve as a Practice Clinical Lead to mentor teams and champion governance. Work closely with the Practice Manager to drive performance and support continuous improvement within a collaborative environment. GDC-registered clinicians with strong leadership experience are required to shape the future of care delivery.
