Job Summary
Conduct general dentistry while leading clinical standards, protocols, and the patient journey within Grimsby Dental Studio and Immingham Pure Dental Clinic. Drive performance and patient outcomes by mentoring the clinical team, championing governance, and shaping continuous improvement initiatives. Choose between a shared ownership model to influence practice direction and share in profitability, or a Practice Clinical Lead role focused on care and team development. Work closely with the Practice Manager to evolve high-quality care delivery within a collaborative environment supported by PortmanDentex infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
