Job Summary
Dual clinical and leadership role for an experienced General Dentist: 2–3 days per week clinically within the practice with approximately 4 hours per week dedicated to leadership responsibilities as Practice Clinical Lead or via a shared ownership pathway. Two pathways available: Shared Ownership with partnership and profit-sharing, or Practice Clinical Lead focusing on care standards, governance, and team development. Requires GDC-registered dentist with strong clinical experience, clear communication, and a commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care while developing others and shaping the future direction of the practice.
