Job Summary
Associate Dentist position in Madison, WI. Deliver diagnostic and restorative dental care, including fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, veneers, root canals, and prosthodontic appliances. Provide preventive education, interpret diagnostics (X-rays), administer local anesthesia, manage pain, and collaborate with specialists as needed. Mentorship and pathways to partnership offered; supports growth into Associate or Partner roles. Flexible schedule with Full-Time or Part-Time options; strong clinical mentorship and use of advanced technology in a collaborative, growth-focused practice.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Wisconsin dental license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start date
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
- Open to recent graduates — mentorship and training provided
