Job Summary
Diagnose patient needs and develop clear, patient-centered treatment plans; deliver same-day treatment with a wide range of general and restorative procedures; perform surgical extractions, third molar removal, and oral surgical procedures in-house; complete molar root canals and retain complex cases rather than defaulting to referral; communicate diagnosis and urgency compassionately and without judgment; build genuine rapport with patients in a high-paced, high-acuity environment; maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active or eligible Utah dental license
- Minimum 5 years of active, clinical patient care — OR completion of a GPR or AEDG program
- Proficiency in surgical extractions, third molar removal, and routine oral surgery without routine referral
- Demonstrated ability and willingness to perform molar root canals in-house
- Strong diagnostic skills, clinical decision-making, and efficiency in high-volume settings
- Genuine warmth, active listening, and the ability to communicate urgency with compassion
