Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD or equivalent dental degree
- state dental license to practice in Wisconsin
- clinical dentistry experience in restorative and preventive care
- familiarity with CEREC, 3D imaging (CBCT), Digital Smile Design
- ability to perform implants and IV sedation as applicable
