Job Summary
Associate Dentist needed in Fort Wayne, IN to join a busy, well-established practice with a mentorship-focused environment. Provide comprehensive dental care in a team-oriented setting with a mix of Medicaid, PPO, and Fee-for-Service patients. Expect patient volume based on provider comfort, mentorship and clinical support, and a daily guaranteed compensation for the first three months. Practice features include 2 assistants per dentist, health insurance options, a 401(k) with 5% match, 2-3 weeks off, 8 paid holidays, and ongoing growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active Indiana Dental License or Ability to Obtain
- Medicaid Credentialing is a Plus
