Job Summary
Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages, including diagnosing and developing individualized treatment plans. Educate patients on oral health and treatment options while collaborating closely with fellow providers and the clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experiences. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of care in a multi-provider setting. This role includes daily diagnostic imaging coverage and Invisalign treatment. Required Qualifications
- Holds a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the State of Colorado
- Is comfortable practicing in a multi-provider setting
- Demonstrates excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Delivers compassionate, patient-focused care
- Values clinical excellence, integrity, and building lasting patient relationships
- Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice
- Active DEA
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry, with a focus on restorative and diagnostic care
- Strong clinical skills and experience with a variety of dental treatments
- Proven ability to lead a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A keen business acumen and the desire to contribute to the practice's growth and success
- Ability to stay organized and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to dental care

Desired Qualifications
