Associate Dentist for Clearwater

Job Summary
Conduct general dentistry services including diagnosis and treatment of diseases, injuries, and malformations of teeth, gums, and related oral structures. Examine patients using x-rays and diagnostic procedures, then clean, fill, extract, and replace teeth with rotary and hand instruments. Provide preventive dental services and oral hygiene education while coordinating laboratory services. Adhere to safety protocols, OSHA standards, and bloodborne pathogen requirements. Participate in morning huddles, chart reviews, and routine office meetings. Requires a DDS or DMD degree, state licensure, and current BLS/CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Licensed in state in which practicing
- Ability to obtain licensure upon graduation
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate
- Current cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certificate
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of a general practice residency (GPR)
- Completion of an advanced education general dentistry residency (AEGD)
