Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive dentistry from diagnosis to treatment planning with complete autonomy, utilizing CBCT imaging, intraoral scanners, and the Cerec machine to deliver full-service care. Manage high-volume, fast-paced patient interactions while maintaining first-class experience standards under mentorship from the Dr./Owner for procedure refinement. Provide care to an outstanding patient group within a modern, remodeled office environment. Schedule runs Monday through Thursday with Fridays optional, operating 8:00 am to 5:00 pm including a one-hour lunch. Compensation begins with a daily guarantee for six months before transitioning to a percentage of Adjusted Gross Production. This full-time contract role offers 401K matching, dental benefits, and CE allowance, situated within a long-standing family practice in Charlotte, NC.
