Job Summary
Diagnose and treat oral health conditions while providing comprehensive general dentistry with full autonomy, including advanced procedures. Deliver exceptional patient care by educating patients on oral hygiene and preventive care, and build strong relationships within a loyal patient base. Lead and collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth operations, maintaining accurate records and complying with safety protocols. Work independently in a steady-paced environment on Fridays from 8am-3pm. Required Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Tennessee dental license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical skills and sound judgment
- Excellent chairside manner and communication skills
- Commitment to patient-centered care
- Experience in a general dentistry or family practice setting
- Ability to work independently in a steady-paced environment
