Job Summary
Deliver high-quality restorative treatments using biologic protocols and materials while educating patients about their conditions and treatment plans aligned with a holistic philosophy. Work under mentorship with Dr. Popp to expand skills in ceramic implants, regenerative dentistry, and facial esthetics. Manage schedules to maintain timeliness and patient care, while practicing in a no-insurance, 100% Fee-for-Service environment. Two to four days per week with a flexible schedule; compensation includes daily guarantee or percentage of collections and generous CE support. The role emphasizes mentorship, growth, and long-term career development in a collaborative, high-energy team with access to advanced technology (3D Cone Beam, Itero, Fotona/Waterlase lasers, full bio-PRF). Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD or equivalent professional degree in dentistry
- License to practice dentistry in Colorado or eligibility
