Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists, assistants, and digital imaging equipment in a practice serving primarily children ages 3-21. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative patients and 25 hygiene appointments while utilizing DentaPro software, fiber-optic handpieces, and Panorex units. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration within the clinic. The role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, multiple schedule options for work-life balance, and access to continuing education through ADA Accredited programs. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
