Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital x-ray units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a state insurance and PPO mix. Participate in morning huddles to foster collaboration and highlight customer focus while promoting a positive company image. This role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. FT providers receive medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice coverage. Additional benefits include CE reimbursements through an ADA-accredited program, paid holidays, and multiple schedule options for work-life balance. VISA and Green Card sponsorship is available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
