Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, and provide high-quality clinical treatments while adhering to the highest standards of dental ethics. Offer treatment planning options to patients and lead a patient-centric team that respects clinical judgment. Mentor new dentists and dental professionals while maintaining awareness of the budget to attain financial objectives alongside the Operations team. Network with professional groups and dental associations to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices. This role includes full-time flexible scheduling with an income potential twice as high as the average private practice, supported by unlimited continuing education access and back-end administrative handling for finance, IT, and billing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school
