Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients, primarily ages 3-21, supported by a team of one hygienist, one hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily using DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration. Complete yearly OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training while maintaining CPR and DEA certifications. Nitrous Oxide certification is required for providers in LA, MS, DC, TX, and MA. Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
