Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team including hygienists, assistants, and specialized equipment like digital x-ray units and DentaPro software. Manage an office flow averaging 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients, primarily serving children ages 3-21 with a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration while engaging in activities promoting a positive company image. Join a team that offers guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
