Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, managing an average of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily. Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces to deliver care primarily to children ages 3-21, with up to 30% adult population depending on location. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight customer focus, and foster collaboration while promoting a positive company image. Engage in mentoring and collaboration for growth and development. Join a team creating over a million smiles annually in underserved communities.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
