Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients with support from a team of hygienists, assistants, and dentists in an office handling 10–12 operative and 20–25 hygiene patients daily. Focus primarily on children ages 3–21, comprising over 70% of the patient base, while managing a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to plan the day, highlight team collaboration, and promote a positive company image. You will utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray units, and fiber-optic handpieces while completing required OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training. This role offers guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k, uncapped earning potential, and sign-on bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
