Job Summary
Provide dental services to patients supported by a team of hygienists and assistants, utilizing DentaPro software and digital imaging units. Manage an average daily flow of 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients across a mix of state insurance, PPO, and out-of-network payors. Participate in morning huddles to highlight customer focus and collaboration, while engaging in activities that promote a positive company image. This role offers a guaranteed base pay exceeding $200k with uncapped earning potential, a sign-on bonus, and student loan repayment assistance. FT providers receive medical/dental/vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and company-paid malpractice insurance. Multiple schedule options are available to maintain work-life balance, and CE reimbursements are offered through an ADA-accredited program.
Required Qualifications
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
- Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
